Ken Shaw Lexus did a terrific job earning my business after we had a misstep in customer service initially. We were delighted by the excellent service that Danny Jamal (the GM) provided and white glove service the entire sales process to get us into a gorgeous Lexus 2016 nx200t. Danny patiently answered all our questions and helped us thoughtfully narrow our decision down on the final model. We also hugely appreciated their delivery approach with the vehicle; we had a 5 day old newborn and Danny had one of his top sales guys (Wally) drop our new vehicle to our home! Wally also enthusiastically + comprehensively walked us through all the features when he dropped the vehicle off. They also called after to make sure we were happy with the car and offered a follow up feature walk through session at their dealership when we have more time. Kudos to Danny for turning us into super happy customers that LOVE our new car and also LOVED the white glove service. Would definitely recommend Ken Shaw Lexus and the new nx200t...it's a gorgeous ride! Thanks Danny (+Wally) for the excellent service!
