LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!!
This company is very unprofessional. At the cost of $120 monthly I would expect an actual person to arrive at my home and provide a service on a regular basis. This has not been the case with this company. They are nearly impossible to reach by phone and return voicemails in about a week.
The hot tub stopped working- a separate pool tech company came out to inspect- we were informed that it looked as though our pools filters hadn't been cleaned in over a year. We've been paying Emerald pools for longer than a year.
This service is supposed to be included in regular pool maintenance.
The photo below shows what we pulled out of the pool after they were supposedly here four days ago... I don't think so. We tried to call the company, but as per usual no answer.
