I have stayed at this hotel twice and will be staying there again next time I am in the area. The continental breakfast is well stocked and tasty.
The staff is incredible, they are very cheerful and helpful. We ran into a few issues while we were there which were taken care of.
On one stay we were in the room when house keeping came around but needed new towels, the man at the desk at night was able to get me towels so we would have them in the morning.
We forgot our shaving cream and they gave us some as well as additional K cups for our room.
We had booked our room with rewards points so 2 nights were put on one reservation and the third night was put on a second reservation. Our Key cards were deactivated and when we went to replace them the key card machine was down. They were able to fix it for us when we came back later that day.
On our last stay we needed a later check out time and they accommodated us at no charge.
This is my go to hotel when we are in the area.
