I've been going to this particular Massage Envy location for 3 years and totally enjoy my membership. Great customer service all the way around. The key is to find a massage therapist you "click" with. I have chronic pain, so someone who had the strength/stamina and knowledge to perform serious deep tissue was important for me. Although all massages I received in the beginning were okay, it took going through a few massage therapists, until I found one that understood my needs, as with any business. I am thoroughly happy now for 2 1/2 years and plan to keep my membership for awhile. The membership works out well, due to if I'm not having any pain, my sessions accrue, so I can set up some weekly 90 minute sessions, in times of pain, or just go for a nice facial...Thank you Karen Tucker and Massage Envy(Bayfield...Concord,NC)!
