Terrible customer service. Employees don't care to greet customers as they walk in. My husband ordered us a footlong turkey sandwich. The male that made the sandwich was very rude and short. Didn't bother asking if he wanted his sandwich toasted and failed to say anything after the transaction. Even though this location is convenient, it's best to go to Harris Teeter for handmade subs and much better customer service. I gave them two stars instead of one, only because the sandwich was quite tasty. The ingredients were of good quality but quality food doesn't make up for poor customer service. The customer should never feel as though they are inconveniencing an employee by asking them to simply do their job.
