Not impressed at all. Found the exact vehicle I have been looking for so I stopped in. Vehicle was very rough. When I pointed out there was no spare tire mounted in the rear he seemed annoyed and quickly replied "I can order one!" I Also pointed out the extremely low tread on one of the 3 mismatched tires. He quickly replied "that tire is safe!!" Claimed they perform a 120 blah blah point inspection on all vehicles they sell. Would have thought a spare tire, broken bracket on rear bumper, and some wires hanging down from the rear of the car would certainly be addressed during this "detailed inspection". He also stated "I can fix all these issues you are pointing out but then I would have to increase the price!" I would think selling cars with fewer issues for more money would be in the best interest of the dealer. And provide a safer car for the customer. Went to a dealer down the road and paid same price for a year older. Vehicle was like brand new compared this one. Good customer service goes A LONG WAY!!!
