Tried this out and was disappointed. Hostess that greeted us was very friendly and seated us immediately. Had to wait 10 minutes for a server. Ordered a couple of drinks and an appetizer. The appetizer, calamari, was served raw. Had to go find a server to tell them. Server was not overly helpful. Instead of possibly offering a free appetizer, suggested we try something else. Declined and asked for the bill. Bill arrived and included the untouched raw calamari. After finally having the raw calamari removed from the bill, paid for our two drinks and left. Too bad. In the era of social media, restaurants like this one could have turned a negative experience into a positive one through a good customer experience. We will stick to the Erin Mills Pump.
