My first visit to North Central Family Dentistry was today and I am so happy I decided to change dentists. No one in the office tried to up-sell me on things like Invisalign, veneers, teeth whitening, or fancy laser treatments. My previous dentist office, that I had been with for many years, seemed to turn into a high pressure sales office and it started to feel like I was at a car lot.
The staff here is as good as it gets- Renee at the front desk was very welcoming and took care of my insurance and paperwork promptly, Mimi was one of the best hygienists I've ever had, and Dr. Matt was honest, straightforward and very kind. I will be bringing my entire family here.
One of the deciding factors for coming to this office (besides all of the good reviews here on Yelp) was the fact that Dr. Matt and his staff volunteered their services at HopeFest Phoenix. They gave free dental care to those who could not afford it. Good people who do great work.
