I am giving a two star based on my experience at Canadian Tire at Silver Linden this afternoon between 5:15 to 6:00. I could not find anybody to asked questions and when I went to the customer service counter, even though there were four women n there, only one was working serving a customer and the three are just yakking away. The woman wearing black outfit (not sure if she has a higher position...geez, I hope not) as she is useless. I was able to get some help with this young kid whose name is Dalton who took the microwave I bought all the way to my car. Nice and polite kid. Now him, I give 5 star. They should have sales associates like him. I find that this location, most of the time I cannot find anybody to help me. Whoever is the owner of this site should take a note of this
