If I had the option to give this awful place 0 stars I totally would. I have had so many BAD experiences with this Walgreens in particular. Every single month I go to pick up my prescription and every single time I have a problem getting it! Yesterday I went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes!!!!!!!!! Then, when it was finally my turn I still had to wait another 7 minutes or so. It was taking so long because there were 2 people working and they helped ALL the people inside the building first before they even helped anybody waiting outside in the drive through.
I work with customer service I know it can get busy and people can be crazy, BUT they should have had a better system and helped one person at each section at a time. I am so sick of Walgreens I would stop going if I had the option to but I unfortunately don't.
