I had an estimate for repair done in January. They lost the estimate. I followed up with them in March and am told they needed to order a part. Then 3 weeks later I call back and they tell me I need to buy the part before they order it. I pay for it and am told it is ordered. Today I called to check on the status so I can get the repairs scheduled. The owner tells me he has no idea when it will arrive and tells me to call the vendor. He then yells at me and becomes belligerent on the phone. Very unprofessional I would not recommend wasting your time with this company.
