Will never fly Delta again. If I could give 0 Star I would. Took $98 of our money for two upgrades to row 7 for our flight to Seattle leaving in an hour. We checked in through the app. App said we had to check at the gate then didn't give us the comfort seating upgrade. Said they had no r cord of it and only gave us Premium which is not equivalent and only gets you closer to the front of the plane. So basically we paid $98 for nothing. Very disappointing and I am reminded why I will always fly Alaska.
