This is the second time I've tried "The Chicken Shack". I have to admit that the product they use in their preparations is top shelf, the wings were plump and juicy (I've seen smaller drumsticks!). I also like the crunchy nature of their recipe. Still, two things disappoint me, one the crunchiness of the product is diminished by the buildup of steam in their to go packaging. Also, they lack charisma at the point of sale, I wish the employees enjoyed themselves more.
