Update 06/2017
Rhode Ranch Maids.....They sent out a new pair of girls and they STOLE from me! My wedding ring, another ring, and my watch!!! It was sitting in my jewelry box. I took everything off and put it in there and went to work out while they clean my house. Big mistake. I don't know how to prove that it was them but I for sure took my jewelry off and always put it in my jewelry box. How do I prove this and file a complaint? For sure I will be filing a police report with Metro.
Rhodes Ranch Maids (aka UREP maids) has been cleaning my house for two years. The landscaping is awful. He blows rocks and leaves and dirt all over my patio in the back yard and in the front porch. My tables, rocks underneath my doormat, and anything I have on the patio is usually covered in dust, leaves, and rocks as a result of him blowing the leaves in a corner to rake them up. So what's the point of having the landscaping then? Are usually have to shake out my mats and sweep off the patio and porch the remaining rocks and debris that he leaves behind.
The housekeeping they do a subpar job. I always have to go over and re-sweep the floors or Reback him the carpets for something that they have missed. And they do not move things they dust around things so there's usually a ring of dust that they have messed around lamps, picture frames, or even behind them.
I have been lazy in finding someone new. I just didn't want to take the time to have to shop around and look for someone else but it's time because I'm too tired to redo the jobs that they're doing!! I have little kids and I just don't have time for this. I don't mind paying a little extra for a job well done.
