What can I say about BB? The CS is not consistent. I came in here last month and I was waiting around for someone to help me on a day that was not busy. Today I go in and I got exceptional service. It's always been like this. Not sure what's going on but it's the luck of the draw I guess. I like coming here. They have a variety of electronics. Tons of open box items for super cheap I think. If I needed a TV or something else for my living room entertainment needs I would most def look at the open box first.
