Let me begin by saying that I LOVE CHEESEBURGERS!!
First let me vent a bit about the lack of judgement exercised by hostess'
My wife and I arrived on the early side of the dinner hour 5:30 pm ish) and the restaurant was virtually empty. There is seating on the outside of the restaurant as well as inside. We like to people watch so we asked for an outside table. Despite the fact that there 4 open tables located in the more desirable location in the front of the restaurant, the hostess opts to seat us all the way around the side, which is adjacent to the ticket office for one of the major PH shows, right at the time when hundreds of people were queuing up to buy tickets. This despite the fact that the tables located in the more desirable area were never filled! AMAZING!!
Ok, what you really care about: The menu was diverse and unique. The prices very reasonable given a Strip location. They have a great selection of beers. The burgers were cooks to perfection, juicy and delicious! Our service was decent, but not great! The atmosphere was nothing special, but hey, it's a burger restaurant.
We have eaten an Bobby Flay's Burger restaurant and Gordon Ramsey's place (also located in PH) over the past two years. Cheeseburger was just as good and less expensive.
Cheeseburger is definitely worth trying.
