I had a bad experience at a Staples where they were not willing to help my rush service and in addition, the manager did not care to acknowledge the mistake that was made on the associates part for not informing me why they couldn't print. Here I was distraught on my way to my interview because it would look unprofessional if I did not have a copy of my resume. A few minutes to the interview I noticed there was a FedEx Kinko. I stopped in and asked if they would be able to assist me in an immediate turnaround for my resume. The manager was more than happy to help, he said that we could do this for you immediately no problem. They printed out my resume and I ended up asking for two copies. He printed on nice resume paper and told the associate just to make sure to get it done as soon as possible because he wanted to make sure that I could get my interview on time. Once done he handed it to me, wished me good luck and told me not to worry about paying for the two copies. I have to say that that was one of the best experiences I've ever had and I hope to get this job because if I do I will be sure to give my business to this location all the time. They were awesome and I greatly appreciated the kindness and service!
