I called for help with some duct work in my house that is not venting properly. Goettl refused to service my house because I was with a home warranty company that doesn't cover duct work. They flat out refused to come to my property at all for something that has nothing to do with warranty work and I was willing to pay for the work Goettl would perform. So now my warranty company won't look at the duct work problem and Goettl won't....talk about something they never mention in their commercials!
