I called Aussie Pet Mobile about 4 weeks ago for an appointment. At that time, they were booking 2 weeks out. I made an appointment. They sent me email, text, and telephone reminders about my appointment. 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, I got a call telling me my groomer was running late, and since it was getting late in the day and the groomer was stressed, we needed to reschedule. I agreed. Instead of getting me in in the next few days, though, she scheduled me *another* 2 weeks out. Fine. I brushed out my dogs every single day to keep the shedding down. On the day of my 2nd appointment, the groomer was an hour late. I had an appointment later in the afternoon, and the groomer would no longer have time to finish by the time I had to leave. I called Aussie Pet Mobile and got an answering machine. I outlined my situation and told them to cancel my appointment and not to bother to call back to reschedule. They didn't call to apologize, either. This was a total waste of 4 weeks with heavily shedding dogs. Moving on to a company that actually wants my business.
