So I dropped of my Lexus on 12/14/15 for repairs to sand damage to the front end of the car. I was given a completion date of 12/29/15. One day prior to the 29th, I am texted me that the delivery was delayed to 01/04/16. Ok, not that big a deal. Then on 01/04/16 I am told that the car won't be ready until 01/11/16, then it was once more delayed until 01/20/16 (today), now its been delayed a fourth time to 01/22/16. I don't believe them anymore. They have had my car for 38 days now and by Friday it will be 40. I believe there is a chance that this will drag on for 60 days by the time they are through.
Stay away from this shop. They have people working who do not have the expertise to get jobs done beyond minor repairs. They explained to me that they did not have the know how on how to paint my car because it's special paint. They had to contact PPG paint and dragged their feet with the process.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP for the sake of your piece of mind.
