The financial department will lie to you and will refuse to take responsibility for the promises they make. I purchased my first car with the service agreement that turned out didn't cover items the finance representative specifically told me it did. I decided to give it one more chance with my second car ONLY because the finance rep. promised my payments would go down if I decided to term later. I realized it is so not worth the money and terminated it 20 days later. To this day it has not been removed from my loan. The finance director told me payments will never go down and he doesn't know why his employee told me that. He was not apologetic and offered no help other then pushing me to to refinance my new car. Ridiculous. I'm extremely upset they lied to me once again. The representatives who told me those lies are both not employed there any longer leaving no one accountable.
