I love Menchies and this location is no exception! Summer before last, I went at least once a week. They hire friendly and competent employees who keep everything clean, stocked, and ready for large crowds.
This location has little indoor seating but ample patio seating, so you may want to plan with that in mind. There's ample parking except during peak times, but it's rare to not find anything at all. The location is in a higher traffic area due to the highway and shops at Ridge Park Square, but it's also a convenient stop after running errands. With a Starbucks next door, it's easy to please everyone in the family.
4 stars, for me, means that it's a nice establishment with no glaring flaws but nothing particularly outstanding to push it into '5' territory.
