On Monday I wrote a review on this dealership that was not favorable. I called on Sunday to buy a car. When I got there Monday I was told it was sold. A lot of miscommunication happened.
But this morning Ben from sales called me to tell me the first deal fell through and the car was mine it I wanted it. He went out of his way to keep the other salesmen from knowing this smoking deal was available again. Even kept the keys in his pocket so no one would know! He made sure all the paperwork was ready to be signed when we got there, had the car cleaned again, and waived the dealer add on fees. We were in and out in about 90 minutes.
They really went above and beyond to make it right for us after the initial let down and the feeling we were party to a bait and switch.
