Just did an online order for two of their sub sandwiches. An hour has passed, no jimmy johns. They have 28 dollars of mine, and I have nothing. So I call their shop and tell the guy on the phone that I did an online order over an hour ago with my credit card. He says, oh we show a delay on that for six o'clock. I said, why would I do that? Then he says we had glitch on our computer. Ok... so... then he says we'll get your order together and deliver in 15 min. I laughed, and said ok. That was a half hour ago. Altogether, it will be close to 1 1/2 hours for two jimmy johns subs! What a joke! Get your shit together JIMMY JOHNS ON 32 ST AND BELL RD! Oh they just got here comped two bags of chips! Gee,thanks guys!
