Here at service department and it seems a bit like a disconnect between everyone here. Guy I made the appt with told me one thing and then it was a different thing once I got here. Which I get happens, but caused a 20 min delay that I really could've done without. The service manager helping me, Roger, had me waiting outside for quite a bit and kept telling me just a moment. He was really nice but felt realistically he should've at least offered me to wait inside, out of the heat. They do have a shuttle service to take everyone where they need to go which is definitely a plus! All in all, not the best and not the worst.
