WeatherKing sent out a tech named Matt who really was outstanding and corrected our noise with our new furnace, and explained the whole system operation and why is was louder than we expected, he made a adjustment on the thermostat and it is working the way we were told it work by the salesman would use them for any further yearly maintenance.
