Place is no good. Had not been here in about a year at the Tempe location. I got scheduled for an appointment and showed up at the Tempe location . NO A TO Z DERMATOLOGY. So I call them and they tell me that location is closed....o...k why didn't anyone tell me when I scheduled? So then I driive all the way down to the Greenfield and baseline location....im running late now. So i get there and show up and they take me back. They didn't even have me scheduled there for what I ask for when my appointment was scheduled. Then it turns out that I need a referral for the new year from my primary doc in order to be seen. So i was told I could not be seen. Now im pissed about all the time i wasted and non communication from thr staff. The doctor was insensitive about all the gas and time I wasted along with being incovienced. I had rearranged my whole schedule as a busy working mom to come to this appointment. How aggravating. Why didn't anyone tell me before showed up or let me know this when the appt was scheduled. They do not communicate well and I'm over it and over A to Z. I will be looking for another clinic with people who care and know how to communicate. Horrible service.
