What a great addition to the neighborhood! Stopped in this evening to try out the menu. The parking lot is filled with the fantastic smells of the outdoor smoker. The inside is clean but perfectly set as a BBQ joint. The staff was all very nice and offered a great overview of the offerings.
Daughter had the ribs, and is now addicted. I tried the Gumbo, and can honestly say that it is one of the best gumbos I have had, ever. I have traveled a bit and had my share, but this one is off the chart. Lastly, I had the two entree combo, with brisket and pulled pork. Epic.
