The last two times I went to this location to get some small household items I was very disappointed with the service each time. The first time I received no help after waiting for almost 30 minutes so I left assuming the employees are too busy to help at the time. I went back and a few days later and it did not turn out much better as the two employees who I spoke with simply took a guess as to where the items might be located and just told me to try looking at two or three different locations in the store. I couldn't not find the items and everyone seemed too busy to give personal help so I went to Rona instead. Within 5 minutes of being at Rona I was directly taken to the items I was looking for. Either this store location has new employees who have yet to learn where the items are located or they're too short staffed and do not have the resources to provide timely customer service. Customer service in past wasn't great but was adequate so I'm hoping this is a temporary problem which will get fixed soon as the location is very convenient for me.
