I'll be posting about the shit customer service anywhere and everywhere I can. Customer service is not 24/7 - internet technical support SUPPOSEDLY is. FAIL. Those of us who have normal 8-5 jobs can't just deal with what we need done during Their available hours. I have been a customer for years and I have constantly had billing issues, wether it be my fault or theirs, there is ALWAYS an issue. No amount of credit or piss poor attitude from your retention lines can fix these horrible nightmares. I used to be employed by these guys and even then I hated the job. Promises of income beyond your imagination (for a 22/23 yr old college student) but no, write up after threat for not making sales goals in a mall location with seven other competing Verizon stores at the time - yeah, we had to sell Verizon's services along with the packages. I came from being a top sales person in the REGION with another provider to being treated like shit for poor business planning on the companies part. Believe me, I could get someone to buy a new cell phone for their infant back in the day and I'm sure I'll go to hell for that. Everywhere I have lived they have had a monopoly on the situation for internet service providers - NOT ANYMORE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. Hasta la vista POS customer service and slow damn internet - seriously my LTE on my Sprint phone is faster then my wireless in my house, and I DO NOT LIVE IN A RURAL AREA. Copy and pasting this everywhere.... can't wait for my "contract" to be over...
