I liked this salon on my first visit so I set an appointment in advance for my daughter. One hour before her appointment time, the stylist called to cancel her appointment because she "didn't realize she would be staying that late and had booked someone else as well"...what???? Sorry, Chase Salon, but you REALLY need to be careful with the appointments you set. We are taking our business elsewhere. We are very disappointed with your lack of professionalism.
