Wish I could give them a zero.
We were stranded during the floods and had to call a cab so we could evacuate our apartment building. Unfortunately we called delta.
We were assured we'd get a pet friendly car, but when ours arrived he yelled "no dogs" across the street. We told the driver we were being evacuated and he gave us the finger, drove off and told us to "let our mongrel drown".
So we call them back. They couldn't find the driver but would send us another cab.
An hour goes by, no cab. We call again, we're told that it's mandatory for all cabs to take dogs, but some drivers won't (so. .we can drive ourselves?).
Just stupid. They lie and leave people in need stranded. Don't give them your money.
