My boyfriend's dog turned very sick one day all of a sudden so we rushed him to this animal hospital because it is only a few minutes drive away from our home. It turns out that his dog had suffered acute liver failure and may not survive if medication could not help his liver regenerate itself. He stayed at Smith Animal Hospital for 2 nights and staff let us visit him anytime we wanted to. They would stay on the phone for 20-30 minutes explaining what the problem is, what we could do, and what they're doing to help. Even when we went to visit, the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us to put us at ease. They even sent picture updates every so often via email to let us know how he was doing. I am confident that this animal hospital takes pride in their excellent care and services.
