Agreed with the poor rating of this salon. Worst experience ever and will never go back. I had called to make booking and specifically told them that I need to get the color retouch done critically for pre-wedding photoshoot and specifically ask them to refer to my record to make sure the right color, volume..etc. I was told everything is fine since they had my record and i could just proceed with the appointment with the available date. When I arrived I had to wait for 30mins and the hair stylist, Mellissa showed up and the price she quoted was almost double the price of what I did the first time which I colored the whole hair vs just retouch this time. When ask for reason she said that was her price and even I agreed to pay she has no time to do my hair as she had other upcoming appointments. This was escalated to the incompetence manager, Amy by one of the staff and she seems to care less and try to avoid approaching me. She actually said to the staff if that was what Melissa said then it is what it is. I left and went to Regis at Chandler Fashion Mall, it was much better service and with reasonable price.The hair stylist there are more professional and is more experience.
