Joel Terrill and his team at Bell Mortgage are top notch! His assistant Falon is also pretty Awesome! These guys actually know what they're doing. They are on top of their game, always professional and very honest. Their efficiency and customer service were phenomenal and their resources are endless. I really appreciated the constant communication between all who were involved on feedbacks and updates for everything. Not only did it go smoothly, it made the stress of buying a home bearable. On top of it all, they got everything done and turned in to the title agency with days to spare before closing, even the title agent was impressed.
