I just rented a car from here and it was FILTHY! It was obviously not clean at all! The windows were smeared as though they sprayed some water on it and just "tried" to wipe it. There was dead bugs already on the windshield, which confirms the car was not washed. The inside was DISGUSTING! There's cigarette ashes in the car and a film of dust in the car, I'm guessing because the previous renter was a smoker, he left the windows down so the car wouldn't smell like smoke! The console is obviously dusty and dirty, not sure how Enterprise would even consider renting a DIRTY car out! This is bad customer service and awful representation of the company! I tried contacting another location, but they stated I would have to bring the car back to this location to get cleaned, which makes no sense as I thought their moto was to pick up and drop off a car from "any" of their convenient locations!!!
