"We're the phone company...we don't have to care!" That held true in the 80's where there was one big Ma Bell phone company that everyone had to pay if you wanted a phone line. The government had to pass antitrust laws to break it up because of the price gouging and horrible customer service. Well, the 80's are alive and well at Diamondback drugs. They have over-charged me THREE TIMES for my dog's medication. The last time I tried to get a refund, I was told I could not get one because the card I put the charges are is no longer active (Costco changed from AMEX to Visa). Really? That's the only way you can credit me back my $5? YOU over charged me and now it's MY fault somehow? Today I had to wait around 40 minutes while they corrected the wrong prescription they filled for my dog and told me there was no way for me to get my refund. But hey, the girl at the counter hoped that I "have a nice day!" Unfortunately, they are the only game in town here locally. So you can't really take your business elsewhere. I guess that's how they can get away with having the worst customer service since Ma Bell.
