Based on pictures of this "resort" online, we were excited to stay here for the weekend. However, it has been one let down after another since we got here. You're paying for a resort but getting a Motel 6. The sheets are gross, there were hairs on our pillows when we walked in. The bathroom rods and toilet paper holder were falling off the walls as we used them. The hair dryer was useless (spinning in circles outside in the Arizona heat would have dried my hair faster), we tried calling the front desk a couple times throughout the trip and got their voicemail.
The rooms are big, the exposed beams on the ceiling are nice, and a good size balcony. However, all the really important features were nowhere near up to par. We were VERY disappointed that we paid so much for soooo very little.
