I can't say enough good things about Gary and Son Roofing. Jason is a pillar of quality customer service and has gone above and beyond every time I have used him for our roofing needs. Our most recent experience involved needing one entire side of our home re-shingled due to damage from the monsoons. Jason was in constant contact with me through text and phone calls, even making himself available to answer my questions on a Sunday evening. He came to our house just to check on the roof as we were in the process of filing a claim through our insurance and made sure that no further damage was done while we waited for the claim to go through. He came out several times during the process to make sure we would be okay until the project could be completed, even though we live in Tempe and Jason is in Buckeye. Gary and Son charges a very fair and reasonable rate, and honestly Jason's work ethic and sense of customer service far outweighed this rate. I would have paid more for his customer service alone. He has been in the business for many years and definitely knows what he is doing. Our new roof looks amazing and the project was completed quickly and efficiently.
