Very displeased with this property management company. I rented from them for a year and upon move out inspection we left with friendly goodbyes as there were no issues brought to our attention. Flash forward 14 days later when we received our security deposit with a $600 charge taken out for landscaping. There was virtually nothing wrong the yard. If there was something wrong with the yard I would have loved to take care of it myself. Unfortunately, I don't believe the $600 was ever about the yard. They just took the money because they could.
