I took my 2012 328xi into another BMW dealer in North Scottsdale for service because it was much closer to where I work. I later realized that was a mistake.
I had asked them to check on the AC as it was blowing warm and they indicated that it was fine according to specs. They discovered a leaking CV joint boot which they claimed was not covered under warranty despite my vehicle warrantied as a certified preowned and also having an extended warranty. They said to take the car back to Chapman where I bought it to see what can be done. So I did.
Both CV joint boots were covered under warranty and replaced. The AC evaporator was found to be leaking and it was replaced. Saved over $3k for the repair. The whole experience was very pleasant and my service adviser Adam was excellent.
I highly recommend this place as they have certainly earned my business.
