Let me start with the good stuff. This is a large store with a nice selection of merchandise. It is well lit, well laid out, well stocked and well maintained. It is clean and spacious. All good things that would typically have me reaching for that fifth star...BUT.... there are a couple of big BUTS. First, no one greeted us upon entering the store and there weren't really employees lingering in the departments to help customers. No one in sight until we reached the shoe department. There we encountered a young man that was helpful but truly was low energy. He got what we needed but he didn't smile even for a second. He wasn't rude; he just wasn't happy or speedy. What really brought down the rating was the lengthy line at checkout. Were were 5th or 6th in line and one cashier was trying to get through the lengthy line. They brought on someone else when the line was nearly cleared. Unfortunate that they didn't consider clearing the line much sooner. Makes it incredibly difficult to give them anything above a mediocre rating.
