We moved into 56 North this year. Love the location and amenities.
But,. The walls and floors are very thin we found out. The neighbor above is what I would call "Heavy Footed" as we can hear his every step. His kid runs back and forth constantly, but seems the parents would make him run outside. Sometimes the walls rattle!
Obviously the walls and floors are as thin as building codes allow. If you want to be here I suggest you get a top floor or get ear plugs
