Pros - they came on the same day I called them to fix a washer problem and a oven temp. problem. Cons - Neither are really fixed after multiple visits. Oven is still heating inconsistently and washer is still banging around. The "window" of service calls is 8:30 am - 5 pm. Seriously?!?! Don't get me wrong, the repair guy is nice enough and is not fixing our things in a very polite way. I'm ready for the stuff to be fixed for real now. Hopefully the final visit is today. They said they would call me at 10:30 to arrange a time and it's now 12:30 and they haven't called yet. Bleh. It's worth the time and effort to find a different avenue if you need appliances repaired. In follow up, the washer seems to be fixed now. That's good news for everyone.
