Today was my third amazingly positive experience with Sun Devil Auto and specifically dealt with David Hyland, service manager... I was so impressed with the caring and competence shown by all with some serious repair work, like replacing a radiator, tires, and so on; it has restored my confidence in the auto repair industry, which I normally compare to going to the dentist, expensive and painful, but necessary. David went above and beyond the call of duty (ABCD) in so many ways. Loved the communication and texting back and forth was another service provided. On another occasion, David arranged for me to receive top quality service at another Sun Devil location, where I happened to be close to at the time I needed service. Wow, what a team! You can trust this shop. David and his team will creatively go out of their way to help make the whole repair experience as comfortable and stress-free as can be. I'm not talking about fluffy oil changes; I've had radiator replaced and more serious stuff on an OLD car! If you've never been here before, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.
