This place is run entirely by ATMs. There is no personalization to this facility whatsoever and I'm hoping that this is not the direction that all Chase locations will be going. There is always a long line inside because 1 teller is on duty. If you're lucky, a 2nd teller may be around, but for the most part, they come up to you while you wait in line to encourage you to use the indoor ATMs. Pretty personable, right?
I'm not going to lie, I really do enjoy walking into banks where there are 5-6 employees behind the counter and most of them will know your name. If I'm in a hurry, I'll use the outdoor or drive thru ATM. But honestly, this place is ran by a bunch of robots.
