Took my 4 1/2 year old here and we both loved it. There are tons of things to keep the young ones interested. I really enjoyed the extensive Egyptian collection. There are also a few interactive things for your child to do. ie: dig for bones and try on a couple costumes. It's inexpensive to get in. $10 for adults. My little one was free. They have a coupon on their website that is free for 1 adult with purchase of 1 adult.
My kid had a blast and it was a great way to spend a couple of hours.
There's a little gift shop with items that can fit into any parents budget.
I only wish they had a restaurant of some sort. We left because we were getting hungry. They do have a vending machine with snacks, but not enough to satisfy your hunger after being there for 3 hours.
