5 star customer service from Paul. I called frantically this afternoon for a groomers appointment as my mini golden doodle is covered in burrs (not very smart of him). Although Paul could not fit me in, he could tell how desperate I was and compiled a list of other groomers who could possibly help me out.
On another note, I'm a huge fan of Timmie's and the Leslieville branch carries different items from the Queen West one. Both stores have a large variety of brands, designs and they are very well priced. Personally, I prefer the selection of accessories that Queen West carry, but to each his own.
In a nutshell, thank you Paul for the amazing service! I will definitely be bringing my dog to this branch for a grooming :)
