Ridiculously impressed by my experience at their practice. Not a fan of dental visits. Is anyone? But a cracked molar on a Friday night left me with little choice.
After finding Radiant Smiles in my provider directory of dentists with Saturday office hours, I called to listen to a recording of their hours. To my surprise, David, their office director, answered and he could not have been more kind. He talked me off my dental anxiety ledge and set me up with an appointment right away.
When I arrived he had already pulled my insurance benefits and before I knew it AJ (sweetest dental assistant ever!) had my x-rays? complete and my treatment plan was in place.
Jana-hygienist-of-the-year knocked out my deep cleaning like a champ and then it was on to the main event: dealing with that molar. Let the flight or fight panic ensue!
But as it turns out? All that worry was for nothing. Dr. Ali was so thoughtful and considerate... He didn't try to diminish my neurotic head space, he looked me in the eye and told me exactly what was going to happen, told me it was going to alright and I believed him.
Turns out my confidence was well placed, as he handled the procedure beautifully. I even laughed during the treatment! Me! The girl who tears up at the thought of a DDS visit...
While we were wrapping up, David was the icing on top by scheduling my follow up and taking my payment while I was still in the chair! So when I was finished, I was immediately on my way. What? Who does that? David at Radiant Smiles that's who.
I joke that I've been to every dentist in town... once. Veneers here, filling there... My family will be dental nomads no longer! We have found our unicorn: a dental practice with excellent patient care and cost integrity coupled with impressive prowess.
