This is my first time on Yelp but I feel this is a necessary review because reading the reviews for this company convinced me to call them. I had problems with my A/C last year and I called a different A/C company (one my home builder recommended, I cant remember the name) the said there was no leak and just refilled the Freon costing nearly $300. This year same thing started happening. I called them in the middle of the night because I work Grave shift and left a message. The next day they called and came right over. They sent Lex (Technician) over and he was very professional and found the problem right away. There was a leak in the attic from a pipe that was not welded during the installation. He made sure to notate that in the invoice and sent me a picture so that I maybe able to get it covered from the builders since it is only a 2 year old house. Then Lex's supervisor Dave came a couple hours later to finish up and made sure that everything was running properly. He was also very professional. The price point of actually fixing the problem and refilling the Freon was not that much more that the other company only refilling the Freon. They charge by hour I believe but they still work fast and efficient. I personally will only call Legacy Air for any of my AC problems.
